To establish common agreements for working together, it is important to co-create norms that all members of the community agree to follow. Work with your group and trainer to establish norms for your training.
Think about the following categories and potential group norms.
Environment – Items in this category might include lighting, cell phone use, personal needs and time.
Responsibility – Items in this category might include roles and commitment.
Group – Items in this category might include communication, participation, attitudes and support.
Pair with a partner and record suggestions for norms (use the sticky note tool; one idea per note).

Choose a spokesperson to share your group's ideas for recommended norms.
Work as a cohort to eliminate repetitive norms and narrow down the list to 3-5 norms to use for the duration of the Building an eMINTS Foundation sessions.
